Sunday tips for Jump back !
I made this short video,because jump back is a transition that keeps me in trouble,it's very powerful,primary series are full of it😜 and maybe you find it useful!
1.First exercise is lolasana (I use the blocks,cause pain wrist)
You can hold it for 5 breaths,slowly increase!
2.Second exercise is Navasana/sinking boat/lolasana , you can do 5 sets of these holding each posture 5 breaths!
3.Third exercise is the 'yogic' push ups that strengthen your shoulders,teaching you to bend the arms and lean forward!
4. At the end is the Jump Back itself !
You can practice on it seperate at the end of your daily practice or when you feel that you need an extra core strength 😜🙏🙏🙏 Enjoy every single moment of your practice and remember that baby steps lead to big jumps 😉😘😘😘
